Nourishing Families, One Meal at a Time: Free Food Provision Every Tuesday

Every Tuesday

Every Tuesday, we offer free fresh and ambient food, along with groceries, to children and their parents through our self-funded food provision program. This initiative allows families to help themselves to nutritious options, recognising the importance of healthy eating for children and the challenges parents face after a long day at work. By providing this support, we aim to alleviate some of the stress of mealtime and promote well-being within our community.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to **healthy eating for children** and **support for busy parents** reflects our dedication to fostering a nurturing environment where families can thrive. Join us in our mission to ensure that every child has access to the nutritious food they need to grow and succeed.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement and Support in Farnham Common and Langley

At our organisation, we are proud of our long-standing partnerships with local charities in Farnham Common and Langley. We create vibrant window displays featuring children’s artwork, bringing creativity to our community. Our collaboration has extened to various commissions on the High Street including Remembrance Sunday, where we also showcase these inspiring creations. Our commitment to community involvement is evident through our active participation in various community projects: including: Love Slough Festival, family workshops at The Curve and collaboration with the adult learning team at Slough Borough Council

Community Engagement and Support in Slough

We work closely with several homeless charities and organisations, donating food and essential items to those in need. Our partnership with London Slough Run reinforces our shared dedication to community support. Additionally, we engage with Slough families through various artistic community projects and collaborate with Slough Borough Council to implement the Holiday and Food Activities Program (HAF). Our strong ethos focuses on connecting with and uplifting our local community, providing positive role models for children and their families through collaborative initiatives.

Holiday and Food Activities Program

We offer a diverse range of high-quality activities and nutritious food options for children eligible for free school meals, as well as those who are fee-paying. Our initiatives have received fantastic feedback, highlighted by a special moment when Marcus Rashford retweeted a video of our children singing, which garnered an impressive 27.2K views in 2021. We are committed to making a meaningful impact in our community, ensuring every child has access to enriching experiences and healthy meals.

By prioritising community engagement and support, we aim to foster a vibrant environment where every child can thrive.
